Gawd I can’t wait to get home and drink 5 beers. Ugh, watching the clock. I also have to install blinds. It should be an interesting friday night.

Bad experience. And honestly I hate all the sugar.

I read somewhere $20 is the sweet spot for wine quality. I’m just so lost in the wine store, there are so many choices at so many price points. I’ll take some recs if you have any.

Best thing to do is go to like wine enthusiast or wine spectator and look for highest rated bottles under 20 and pick a style you like and just choose a few bottles and experiment.
I have lots of suggestions, what's your favorite kind of wine? Do you like Bordeaux?

IDK, I’ve had malbecs and merlots that I have really liked. I prefer my wine dry and red, but you know how the saying goes; I’ll try anything once.

You’re using the wrong glass... That would be more suitable to a Pinot Noir, and I hear you don’t care for Burgundies.
